The 31st Annual ESPY® Awards
July 2023 is a long way off, but we’re already looking forward to the 31st edition of the Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award, better known as the ESPYs®. This high-energy award show honors top players at all levels from college sports to professional leagues and even Olympic athletes like Simone Biles, Jessie Diggins and Lindsey Jacobellis. You may also encounter UFC and MMA fighters, volleyball champs, boxers, jockeys and racecar drivers, plus a slew of celebs.

The 2023 ESPY® Awards will be held on July 12th at a venue TBD in Los Angeles. ESPN has been throwing this party since 1993, and they’ve ironed out all the wrinkles. The network manages to seamlessly integrate pro athletes with models, musicians and actors in a way that no other network could manage. Naturally, the biggest plays, most unexpected upsets and record-breaking performances of the previous year are celebrated. However, the ESPY® Awards don’t just celebrate sports achievements. They honor the competitive spirit as well as instances of strength, determination and perseverance that go beyond sports. This award show is downright inspirational!
